This page sets out the legal status, ownership, trademark and patent-pending notices applicable to the Add2Coin platform and all associated software, trademarks and materials.

The Add2Coin platform (the "Platform"), accessible at https://add2coin.com, together with all related software, source code, documentation, patents, trademarks, brand assets, content, databases and domain names, is owned and operated exclusively by:

All content appearing on or accessible through the Platform — including but not limited to source code, JavaScript (earn.js), PHP application code, smart contracts, text, graphics, logos, icons, user interface designs, layouts, documentation, whitepaper, blog posts, FAQs and marketing materials — is the copyright of AI Administrator Limited, except where third-party material is expressly credited.

Copyright protection arises automatically under the Copyright, Designs and Patents Act 1988 (UK) and equivalent international legislation. No licence to use, copy, reproduce, translate, modify, publish, distribute, reverse engineer, disassemble or create derivative works of any part of the Platform is granted to any person except as expressly set out in a written agreement signed by a director of AI Administrator Limited.

3. Trademarks

The following are trademarks of AI Administrator Limited, whether registered or asserted through first use in trade:

• Add2Coin™ — platform name and word mark
• A2C™ — token ticker and short mark
• The Add2Coin logo and stylised wordmark (green & yellow)
• earn.js™ — proprietary advertising rewards layer
• The Add2Coin tagline: "Platform of the people, for the people"

Trademark applications are pending in the United Kingdom under Classes 9, 36 and 42. Use of any of the above marks, or any confusingly similar mark, in connection with cryptocurrency, advertising, publisher networks, blockchain rewards, token distribution or related services, without the prior written consent of AI Administrator Limited, constitutes trademark infringement and/or passing off and will be pursued to the fullest extent of the law.

4. Patent-Pending Status

The systems, methods, apparatus, algorithms and business processes embodied in the Platform — including but not limited to:

• The multi-level attribution system that distributes token rewards to watchers, embedders and up to three referral tiers
• The verified content exposure event mechanism (impression validation + fraud detection)
• The halving-based emission schedule tied to impression count
• The one-script embed architecture for third-party publishers
• The on-chain token distribution routing (RevenueRouter architecture)

…are the subject of UK Patent Application GB2606991.4, filed 28 March 2026. Upon grant, patent protection will apply retrospectively to the filing date. International protection under the Patent Cooperation Treaty (PCT) is expressly reserved.

Any third party that makes, uses, imports, offers to dispose of, or disposes of a product or service embodying any claim of the granted patent, without a licence from AI Administrator Limited, will be liable for patent infringement.

5. Licensed Open-Source Components

The Platform distributes the following components under their respective open-source licences, which remain in force:

• Add2Coin PrestaShop Module — released under the GNU General Public License v2 or later (GPL-2.0+), as required by PrestaShop.
• Add2Coin WordPress Plugin — released under the GNU General Public License v2 or later (GPL-2.0+), as required by WordPress.
• Add2Coin Chrome Extension — proprietary, distributed free of charge via the Chrome Web Store and add2coin.com/downloads.

The GPL licences covering the PrestaShop module and WordPress plugin apply only to those specific module source files. All other Platform components — including server-side code, earn.js, smart contracts, branding and documentation — remain proprietary and are NOT released under any open-source licence.

6. Prohibited Conduct

Without limiting any other rights or remedies, the following conduct is expressly prohibited:

• Copying, mirroring or republishing substantial portions of the Platform's source code, content or design
• Creating a confusingly similar service, brand or domain name intended to divert traffic or trade
• Reverse engineering, decompiling or disassembling earn.js or any other Platform software
• Use of the Add2Coin, A2C or related trademarks, logos or branding on any competing product or service
• Registering domain names that are typosquats, homographs or confusingly similar variants of add2coin.com
• Scraping, harvesting or systematically extracting data from the Platform via automated means
• Unauthorised redistribution of downloadable modules (PrestaShop, WordPress, Chrome) under any name other than Add2Coin, or bundling them with unrelated commercial products without licence

7. Digital Evidence & Priority

The Add2Coin domain, source code, token contract and brand assets are independently verifiable through the following public, timestamped records, which establish priority of creation:

• Companies House filing: AI Administrator Limited — incorporated and publicly recorded
• UK IPO patent filing: Application GB2606991.4 filed 28 March 2026
• On-chain token deployment: A2C Token contract 0x999ca1479AF9d38933F8EbF7Bb1d2470aFcc337C deployed on Polygon Mainnet, with immutable block timestamp — verify on PolygonScan
• Uniswap V3 liquidity pool: created with verifiable block timestamp
• DNS & domain registration records: add2coin.com — WHOIS available on request
• Internet Archive (Wayback Machine): snapshots of add2coin.com at multiple historical dates

8. Enforcement

AI Administrator Limited actively monitors for infringement of its intellectual property and will enforce its rights through all available legal channels, including but not limited to: UDRP domain-name dispute proceedings, DMCA takedown notices, UK IPO trademark oppositions, High Court proceedings for passing-off and infringement, and criminal referrals where applicable.

Good-faith use of the Add2Coin Platform by developers, publishers and end-users in accordance with the Terms of Service is welcomed and encouraged and does not constitute infringement.
