Acceptable Use & Anti-Fraud Policy
Last updated: May 27, 2026 — AI Administrator Ltd, England & WalesThis Policy forms part of the Add2Coin Terms of Service.
It is incorporated into the Terms by reference. Words defined in the Terms have the same meaning here. By using Add2Coin you agree to this Policy. Breaching it is a breach of the Terms and may result in withheld or reversed earnings, suspension, and permanent termination.
Add2Coin pays A2C tokens to people whose websites display ads and to the visitors who genuinely view them. The whole system only works if the impressions are real — generated by genuine human visitors viewing genuine content on websites the publisher genuinely controls. A2C earned in respect of an impression represents that impression's share of genuine advertising revenue. Impressions that do not produce genuine advertising revenue produce no A2C.
This Policy explains, in plain terms, what counts as valid use, what is prohibited, how we validate earnings, and what happens — including how you can apply to be reinstated — if your account is suspended.
1. One Person, One Account
You may hold and operate one Add2Coin account only. You must not create, operate, control, or benefit from more than one account, whether directly or through another person, and whether the accounts are used for the same websites or different ones.
The following are all prohibited and are treated as a single connected scheme:
- Registering multiple accounts using different email addresses, names, or wallets that are in reality controlled by the same person or household;
- Operating a network or cluster of accounts that share devices, IP addresses, payment details, websites, or referral relationships;
- Recruiting or coordinating other people to register accounts that you direct or benefit from;
- Registering accounts to refer one another in order to harvest referral rewards (referral self-dealing).
If you genuinely operate a business with multiple staff or websites and believe you have a legitimate need for more than one account, contact us at contact@add2coin.com before creating it. Undisclosed multiple accounts are a serious breach.
2. Valid Traffic
An impression is valid only if all of the following are true:
- It was generated by a genuine human visitor who actually loaded and viewed the page;
- The visitor arrived through normal, organic means — not driven, paid, incentivised, automated, or tricked into visiting;
- It occurred on a website you own or are formally authorised to operate;
- The website hosts genuine, lawful content of value to its visitors;
- No technical or manual method was used to inflate, repeat, disguise, or multiply the impression.
3. Invalid Traffic & Prohibited Conduct
"Invalid traffic" means any impression, click, or activity that is not valid traffic as defined above, including any impression that we reasonably determine to be artificial, fraudulent, accidental, or otherwise not the result of genuine advertising interest. The following are expressly prohibited:
3.1 Self-generated and artificial traffic
- Viewing, refreshing, or generating impressions on your own websites or your own ad units, by any means;
- Using bots, scripts, automated tools, headless browsers, click farms, traffic exchanges, or paid-to-click services;
- Repeatedly reloading pages, opening pages in background tabs, or auto-refreshing to manufacture impressions;
- Any method designed to make automated or repeated activity appear to be genuine human visits.
3.2 Identity, device & location manipulation
- Using VPNs, proxies, Tor, hosting/datacentre IPs, emulators, or device spoofing to disguise the source of traffic or to evade limits or detection;
- Rotating IP addresses, devices, browsers, or accounts to spread activity and avoid rate limits;
- Falsifying your identity or providing false, borrowed, or stolen information at registration or during identity verification.
3.3 Website & placement abuse
- Embedding earn.js on any website you do not own or are not authorised to operate;
- Placing ad units on pages with no genuine content, auto-generated/scraped content, or content that breaches the Terms (illegal, adult, hateful, infringing, or deceptive material);
- Hiding, stacking, overlaying, or disguising ad units, or placing them so that impressions are triggered without a genuine view;
- Incentivising, instructing, paying, or deceiving visitors into generating impressions ("click here to earn", forced views, pop-unders, and similar).
3.4 System & platform abuse
- Any attempt to probe, exploit, reverse-engineer, manipulate, or interfere with the platform, the earn.js layer, the APIs, the attribution system, or the A2C smart contracts;
- Tampering with impression-tracking requests, forging events, or manipulating referral attribution;
- Any other conduct intended to obtain A2C otherwise than through genuine valid traffic.
4. Earnings Are Provisional Until Validated
All A2C earnings are provisional until validated. Earning, displaying, or being credited A2C — whether shown as "pending" or "confirmed" — does not guarantee that you will keep it.
A2C represents a share of genuine advertising revenue. Because invalid traffic generates no genuine advertising revenue, it earns no A2C. We continuously and retrospectively review activity for invalid traffic. Where we determine that traffic is invalid, or that this Policy or the Terms have been breached, we may, at our sole and reasonable discretion and to the extent permitted by law:
- Withhold A2C, including pending balances, indefinitely;
- Reverse, cancel, or recover A2C already credited, including confirmed balances, to the extent it has not been irreversibly transferred on-chain;
- Decline or reverse withdrawals;
- Adjust balances to reflect only validated, genuine activity;
- Suspend or terminate the account (see section 6).
Validation may take place at any time, including after A2C has been credited, minted, or made available for withdrawal. We are not required to pay, and you have no entitlement to, A2C in respect of invalid traffic.
5. Verification We May Require
As a condition of earning, continuing to earn, or withdrawing, we may require you to:
- Verify your email address (required before earnings count);
- Verify ownership or control of any website/domain on which you display ads — for example by adding a DNS record, uploading a verification file, or placing a meta tag we specify;
- Complete identity verification (KYC) in line with the Terms and UK Money Laundering Regulations 2017.
If you cannot or will not complete a verification we reasonably require, we may withhold earnings and suspend the account until you do.
6. Suspension
If we reasonably suspect a breach of this Policy or the Terms, we may suspend your account. Suspension means your account is disabled: it stops earning, its referral codes stop crediting, and withdrawals are paused. Pending and unvalidated earnings are withheld while the account is suspended.
We may suspend automatically (where our detection systems identify a clear breach) or manually (following review). We will ordinarily tell you that the account has been suspended and give a general reason, but we are not obliged to disclose the specific detection methods, signals, thresholds, or evidence we rely on, as doing so would help bad actors evade detection.
7. Reinstatement & Appeals
Suspension is not always permanent. Where appropriate, we offer a route back — because some breaches are genuine misunderstandings, and a suspended user who agrees to operate honestly is a user we want to keep.
7.1 How to apply for reinstatement
If your account is suspended you may apply for reinstatement by submitting an appeal through the notice shown when you sign in, or by emailing contact@add2coin.com with "Reinstatement" in the subject line. In your appeal you should:
- Identify your account (the email address registered to it);
- Explain what happened, honestly and in your own words;
- Confirm which single account you wish to keep, if you have held more than one;
- Confirm the website(s) you operate and that you own or control them;
- Confirm that you have read and will comply with this Policy and the Terms.
7.2 Conditions of reinstatement
Reinstatement is at our sole discretion and is not guaranteed. Where we offer it, it is normally conditional on you:
- Operating a single account only (any additional accounts remain permanently closed and their balances forfeited);
- Completing email verification;
- Completing domain-ownership verification for the sites you display ads on;
- Re-accepting the current Terms and this Policy;
- Refraining from any further breach. A repeat breach after reinstatement will normally result in permanent termination without further appeal.
Earnings that were withheld because they arose from invalid traffic are not restored on reinstatement; reinstatement restores your ability to earn going forward from genuine activity.
7.3 Our decision
We will review appeals within a reasonable time and notify you of the outcome. We may approve reinstatement, approve it on conditions, request further information or verification, or decline it. Our decision on an appeal is final, save for your rights under applicable law. Submitting an appeal does not entitle you to payment of withheld or reversed A2C.
8. Reporting
If you believe someone is abusing the platform, or you spot a problem with your own account, please tell us at contact@add2coin.com. We may report fraudulent or unlawful activity to the relevant authorities, including the National Crime Agency, where the law requires or permits.
9. Changes to This Policy
We may update this Policy as the platform and the threats against it evolve. Material changes will be notified in line with the "Changes" section of the Terms. Continued use after a change becomes effective constitutes acceptance.
