Terms of Service
Last updated: May 27, 2026 — AI Administrator Ltd, England & Wales⚠ BETA SOFTWARE NOTICE
Add2Coin is currently in Beta. This means the platform is operational but not yet fully
complete. Specifically:
Not yet live: On-chain smart contracts (RevenueRouter, TreasuryWallet, OperationsKeeper),
A2C withdrawals to external wallets, QuickSwap liquidity pool, AdSense revenue automation.
What this means for you: A2C tokens you earn during Beta are recorded in our database
and will be minted to your wallet once the platform is fully operational. Token values during Beta
are indicative only. AI Administrator Limited makes no guarantee of token value or timing of withdrawals.
Beta ends when: Smart contracts are deployed on Polygon Mainnet, AdSense is approved,
and withdrawals are enabled. This notice will be removed automatically at that point.
By continuing to use the platform during Beta you acknowledge and accept these limitations.
PLEASE READ CAREFULLY BEFORE USING THIS PLATFORM.
By accessing or using Add2Coin in any way — including browsing the website, creating an account, embedding earn.js, or receiving A2C tokens — you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be legally bound by these Terms of Service in their entirety.
If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you must not use this platform.
A2C tokens are highly speculative. Their value may be zero. You may lose everything you earn.
1. Who We Are
Add2Coin is operated by AI Administrator Ltd, a company registered in England and Wales. Add2Coin is a digital advertising rewards platform that distributes A2C utility tokens via the Polygon blockchain. A2C is a utility token only — it is not a security, financial instrument, investment product, or e-money under UK or EU law, and confers no ownership rights or claims against AI Administrator Ltd.
2. Acceptance of Terms
You accept these terms in full when you: create an account (ticking the mandatory acceptance checkbox); embed earn.js on any website; access any page of add2coin.com; or receive any A2C tokens. Your acceptance is recorded with a timestamp at registration. Our Acceptable Use & Anti-Fraud Policy and our Privacy Policy form part of these Terms and are incorporated by reference; by accepting these Terms you accept those policies too. Continued use after revised terms become effective constitutes acceptance of the changes.
3. Eligibility
By using this platform you confirm that you are aged 18 or over; legally permitted to hold cryptocurrency in your jurisdiction; not subject to UK, EU, UN, or US sanctions; acting on your own behalf; and have full legal capacity to enter a binding contract. If any of this ceases to be true you must immediately stop using the platform.
4. Your Account — Your Sole Responsibility
You are solely and entirely responsible for your account, your wallet, and your credentials.
AI Administrator Ltd accepts no liability whatsoever for any loss arising from: unauthorised access to your account; loss of your wallet private key or seed phrase; forgotten or compromised passwords; or any failure to secure your own devices, email, or accounts.
We cannot recover your MetaMask wallet or private key under any circumstances. If you lose it, your on-chain A2C is irrecoverably lost. We have no liability for this.
Any activity through your account — whether by you or an unauthorised third party who gained access through your negligence — is your sole responsibility. You must notify us immediately at contact@add2coin.com if you suspect unauthorised access. We may suspend any account we believe has been compromised, without prior notice.
5. Your Data — Our Obligations and Our Limits
We take reasonable and appropriate technical measures to protect your data, but we cannot guarantee absolute security of any data stored on or transmitted to our systems.
In the event of a data breach we will notify affected users and the ICO as required by law, but accept no liability for losses beyond what applicable law requires.
You acknowledge that: the platform is provided "as is" and "as available" with no guarantee of uptime; we are not responsible for data loss caused by server failures, cyberattacks, or events outside our reasonable control; pending (unconfirmed) A2C balances exist in our database only and are not blockchain-protected until the nightly mint; and confirmed (on-chain) balances are independently verifiable on Polygonscan and do not depend on our servers. You should maintain your own records of your A2C balance.
6. A2C Token Risks
A2C tokens are highly speculative. You may lose all value. Do not make financial decisions based on A2C.
You accept all of the following risks: A2C may have no monetary value at any time; AI Administrator Ltd does not buy back A2C for any currency; all blockchain transactions are permanent and cannot be reversed by us; the smart contract may contain undiscovered bugs; the Polygon network is outside our control; regulatory treatment of cryptoassets may change; and you are solely responsible for any tax obligations arising from A2C.
7. Earnings, Rates, and Limits
Every genuine ad impression distributes up to 1.00 A2C: Platform 35%, Embedder 20%, Watcher 20%, L1 Referrer 15%, L2 Referrer 7%, L3 Referrer 3%. Rates halve every 50 million impressions. Maximum supply: 1 billion A2C. Daily watcher limit: 20 impressions per account. Minimum withdrawal: 100 A2C confirmed. We reserve the right to adjust rates and limits at any time with reasonable notice.
A2C is earned only in respect of genuine, valid ad impressions, and all earnings are provisional until validated.
A2C represents a share of the genuine advertising revenue generated by real impressions. Impressions that we determine to be invalid, artificial, automated, fraudulent, or otherwise not generative of genuine advertising revenue earn no A2C. We may withhold, withhold permanently, reverse, cancel, adjust, or recover any A2C credited in respect of such impressions, whether the balance is shown as pending or confirmed, to the extent permitted by law and to the extent it has not been irreversibly transferred on-chain. Validation may occur at any time, including after A2C has been credited, minted, or made available for withdrawal.
What counts as valid traffic and invalid traffic, and the conduct that is prohibited, is set out in full in our Acceptable Use & Anti-Fraud Policy, which forms part of these Terms.
Transparency: AI Administrator Ltd participates in the referral network on the same terms as all users. All on-chain activity is publicly verifiable on Polygonscan.
8. Fraud and Abuse — Zero Tolerance
You must use Add2Coin honestly. The following are prohibited and constitute a serious breach of these Terms. This list is not exhaustive; the full set of rules is in the Acceptable Use & Anti-Fraud Policy:
- Operating more than one account. You may hold one account only. Creating, controlling, or benefiting from multiple or linked accounts — including coordinated networks of accounts, or accounts that refer one another — is prohibited.
- Self-generated or artificial impressions. Generating impressions on your own sites or ad units; bots, scripts, automated tools, click farms, traffic exchanges, or paid-to-click services; auto-refreshing or repeatedly reloading pages.
- Identity, device, or location manipulation. Using VPNs, proxies, datacentre IPs, emulators, or spoofing, or rotating IPs/devices/accounts, to disguise traffic or evade limits or detection.
- Placement abuse. Embedding earn.js on websites you do not own or control; hiding, stacking, or disguising ad units; or incentivising, instructing, or deceiving visitors into generating impressions.
- False information. Providing false, borrowed, or stolen information at registration or during identity verification.
- System abuse. Any attempt to exploit, manipulate, reverse-engineer, or interfere with the platform, earn.js, the APIs, the attribution system, or the A2C smart contracts.
Where we reasonably determine that any of the above has occurred, we may — at our sole and reasonable discretion and to the extent permitted by law — withhold or reverse affected earnings (pending or confirmed), suspend or terminate the account, and refuse or reverse withdrawals. We may report relevant activity to law enforcement, including the National Crime Agency. Our determinations are final, save for your rights under applicable law and the reinstatement and appeals process in section 16.
9. Invalid Traffic & Earnings Validation
We operate automated and manual systems that continuously and retrospectively review activity for invalid traffic. We are not obliged to credit, and you have no entitlement to, A2C in respect of invalid traffic. Where our systems identify invalid traffic or a breach, your earnings in respect of that activity may be withheld or reversed and your account may be suspended automatically pending review.
We are not obliged to disclose the specific signals, thresholds, methods, or evidence our detection systems use, as disclosure would assist those seeking to evade them. This does not affect any right you have in law to be informed of the general reason for a decision affecting you.
10. Embed Code — Your Responsibilities
By embedding earn.js you confirm that: you own, or are formally authorised to operate, the website on which you place it; your site complies with applicable law; you accept sole responsibility for your website's compliance with advertising standards and data protection law in all jurisdictions where it is accessible; and you will not embed earn.js on sites containing illegal, adult, or hateful content. You agree to verify ownership or control of any domain on request — for example by DNS record, file upload, or meta tag — as a condition of earning or continuing to earn. We are not responsible for the content of websites embedding earn.js.
11. Limitation of Liability
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY THE LAWS OF ENGLAND AND WALES:
AI Administrator Ltd, its directors, employees, and contractors shall not be liable for any loss or damage of any kind arising from your use of this platform, including but not limited to: loss of tokens; loss of wallet access or private keys; A2C market value changes; data loss or corruption; service interruptions; smart contract failures; third-party service failures; unauthorised account access due to your negligence; Polygon network failures; wallet software failures; or any indirect, consequential, special, or punitive damages.
Where our liability cannot be excluded by law, our total aggregate liability to you for all claims is capped at £100 (one hundred pounds sterling).
12. Indemnity
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless AI Administrator Ltd, its directors, employees, and contractors from any claims, damages, costs, or expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from: your use of the platform; your breach of these terms; your embed code deployments; your website content; your violation of any applicable law; or any third-party claim arising from your actions.
13. No Advice
Nothing on this platform constitutes financial, investment, tax, or legal advice. Consult qualified independent professionals before making any decisions.
14. Identity Verification (KYC)
Withdrawals above certain thresholds require identity verification under UK Money Laundering Regulations 2017. Verification is handled by Stripe Identity. We may refuse or reverse withdrawals that cannot be verified, and may report suspicious activity to the National Crime Agency (NCA) as required by law.
15. Third-Party Services
We are not responsible for the availability, accuracy, or policies of any third-party service including Google AdSense, Stripe Identity, Polygon Network, or MetaMask. Your use of these services is governed by their respective terms.
16. Account Suspension, Termination & Reinstatement
We may suspend or terminate your account at any time, including for breach of these terms, suspected fraud or invalid traffic, or at our sole discretion. Suspension disables the account: it stops earning, its referral codes stop crediting, and withdrawals are paused, while pending and unvalidated earnings are withheld pending review. Termination ends your right to use the platform. On termination, confirmed on-chain balances already in your external wallet remain yours; pending and unvalidated balances may be forfeited.
Reinstatement. Suspension is not always permanent. We may, at our sole discretion, offer to reinstate a suspended account where you demonstrate compliance — normally on condition that you operate a single account only, complete email and domain-ownership verification, and re-accept these Terms and the Acceptable Use & Anti-Fraud Policy. Reinstatement is not guaranteed, restores only your ability to earn from genuine activity going forward, and does not restore earnings withheld or reversed as invalid. A repeat breach after reinstatement will normally result in permanent termination without further appeal.
How to appeal. If your account is suspended you may apply for reinstatement through the notice shown when you sign in, or by emailing contact@add2coin.com with "Reinstatement" in the subject line, following the process in section 7 of the Acceptable Use & Anti-Fraud Policy. We review appeals within a reasonable time; our decision on an appeal is final, save for your rights under applicable law.
17. Changes to These Terms
We may update these terms. Material changes will be notified by email with at least 14 days notice. Continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance. We may also require you to re-accept the current Terms before continuing to use the platform. If you do not accept changes, stop using the platform and request account deletion.
18. Governing Law and Jurisdiction
These terms are governed exclusively by the laws of England and Wales. All disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
19. Severability and Entire Agreement
If any provision is unenforceable, the remaining provisions continue in full force. These Terms of Service, together with our Acceptable Use & Anti-Fraud Policy and Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and AI Administrator Ltd regarding Add2Coin.
